Program Overview
Aircraft Sheetmetal Structure Technician Course
This is on the leading edge of aircraft MRO maintenance. Trainees acquire the expertise, knowledge, and understanding of both aircraft structural repairs and fabrication techniques. Practices consist of theory and practical hands-on work needed to conform with guidelines established by aircraft manufacturers SRM and MRO’s maintenance local procedures in aircraft structural repair. Project works focus on honing personal drilling and riveting skills, fastener installation and removal, layout procedure, and bend calculations. Repair such as minor and major repair procedures are also considered.
Basic Cabin Maintenance Technician Course
This training course is on the leading edge of aircraft MRO maintenance. Trainees acquire the basic skills, knowledge, and understanding of both aircraft cabin interior basic repairs and components repair. Practices consist of theory and basic hands-on work needed for familiarization with aircraft ATA chapter 25 AMM and MRO’s components workshop work procedures in repair. Project work focuses on honing personal disassembly and assembly skills, cabin interior parts removal, and installation. Repair, such as minor repair and refurbishment procedures, are also considered. Aircraft Cabin Component and Equipment Familiarization includes passenger seat, galley assembly, lavatory module basic removal, inspection, rectification, and installation.
